Aesthetic dentistry differs greatly from other therapeutic areas, including therapeutic dentistry. We work with thousands of small clients as opposed to a handful of large healthcare providers. This, of course, affects everything: from the way we market our products, to the fact that we need to invest a lot more in clincal trials and evidence generation.

Lead EMEA Commercial Excellence and Business Transformation, design and develop scalable platforms, tools, and processes that drive sales force effectiveness, data driven growth, sales training and development, change management and digital journey across Align Technology EMEA. Member of EMEA Leadership Team and Global Sales Leadership Team.
• Established the Commercial Excellence organisation from proof of concept to mission-critical strategic function spanning across Sales Force Excellence, Data and Analytics, Sales Training, Program Management Office and Commercial Business Partnership teams.
• Built and scaled a high performing team with a wide range of diversity across gender, industry, functional experience, leadership styles united by meaningful purpose, common objectives, passion for change, mutual respect and support.
• Built scalable virtual sales training platform in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic and delivered an expanded portfolio of training modules remotely to sales team across all markets in EMEA.
• Designed change management mechanisms to improve deployment of strategy from headquarter to front line sales and customer facing entities in market, enabling dental practitioners delivering outstanding outcome to patients.
• Built foundation of data driven decision making by consolidating sales and marketing reporting into one stop shop, empowering sales to deliver best possible service to customers. Led data science and advanced analytics teams in revenue forecasting, discount ROI, A/B testing.
