Leading a team of 16 Pricing managers to provide end to end pricing and analytics for 3 Business Groups total 6B+ Euro annual business.
Responsibility spread through Value Based Pricing, Market Turnaround, Business profit improvement, competitive intelligence and develop and maintain a business analytics platform. Main products including Patient Monitoring, Diagnostic ECG, Ventilators, Defibrillators, Remote ICU, General Care solutions, CT, MRI, Diagnostic X Ray, Supplies, Services and Fetal and Neonatal monitoring products.
Started as a sales person for HK Market, later become regional Sales Development manager for North East Asia, later promoted to become Sales Development manager for Patient Monitoring, and Diagnostic ECG products for entire Asia Pacific.
Moved to Germany as a Worldwide Senior Product Manager in 2004.
Promoted to WW Director of Market Intelligence for Patient Monitoring group in 2007.

Arvind has also participated in numerous due diligence activities for mergers and acquisitions.
Currently, he leads a team of over 70 executives in the Vyuhpharma division of Vyuhgenics Inc.
