In addition to her extensive IT background, she is a seasoned expert in Market Access and Health Economics, with a successful track record in driving strategic healthcare initiatives that improve patient access and outcomes. Her expertise in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) has led to the effective implementation of market access strategies across diverse therapeutic areas in both Indian and international markets. Ms. Dang has co-convened impactful events such as IPAS (Indian Patient Access Summit), contributing significantly to the pharmaceutical community. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Healthcare Management. Her results-driven, people-focused approach fuels her passion for healthcare innovation and societal progress, empowering young minds through mentorship and engaging with the next generation.
Dr. Amit Dang is the founder and CEO of MarksMan Healthcare, a global consultancy that provides Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Real World Evidence (RWE), Competitive Intelligence (CI), and Medical Affairs support to life science companies. He has been working in the pharmaceutical space for over 13 years, with a strong background in pharmacology, medical research, and medical writing.
He is also the course director at MarksMan Academy of Health Sciences (MAHS), which promotes the science of HEOR among students, researchers, health care practitioners, and members of the pharmaceutical industry through an online certification program. He is the convener of the Indian Medical Affairs Summit (INMAS), a platform for medical affairs professionals to interact, learn, and share best practices and case studies.
