I am a Professor of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) at the University of Glasgow. Previously, I was Vice President leading the global Health Economics practice at ICON PLC and a member of the board of directors at Oxford Outcomes Ltd. My research focusses on evidence synthesis and decision analytic modelling, precision medicine, and early stage health technology assessment. I also act as a consultant in HTA to the pharmaceutical and device industries
