He has built-up and led the global team at Pfizer responsible for the management of the worldwide tender & contracting business and the continuous improvement of tender processes, capabilities, tools and intelligence. This also included the successful development and worldwide roll-out of a specialized global tender & contracting tool to plan, manage and track tenders on a global scale. Nico is one of the few people who have personally built and lead a truly global and x-functionally aligned tender organization in big pharma.

He is passionate about innovation & collaboration in Healthcare and is a board member and investor in multiple healthcare startups.
